Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain accurate client files
Support the progression of mortgage applications
Ensure all documentation is processed and filed efficiently
Update internal CRM systems and maintain accurate records
Communicate with clients and lenders throughout the application process
Provide updates and request relevant documentation
Deliver a professional and efficient service at all times
Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Assist with general compliance administration
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
Previous administration experience
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills
Comfortable using IT systems and databases
Nice to have:
Experience within mortgages, finance, or financial services
Knowledge of CRM systems
What we offer:
Salary of £24,784.50, increasing to £27,300 after successful 3-month probation
Full-time role – 37.5 hours per week (5 days)
