Our innovative Global Support Team is a group of like-minded professionals, tasked with supporting the business with all manner of administration. Job Responsibility:
Answering incoming telephone calls
Arranging conferencing facilities
Preparing documentation and typing correspondence
Ensuring active files are kept up to date (filing emails and correspondence, photocopying, scanning)
Closing matters when concluded
File opening and follow up
Updating system records with client, office and matter information
Orders and filings on the Luxembourg Business Register
Partake in process creation and improvements
Managing client interactions
Organising in-house and external meetings, plus travel and business development events
Providing support and reception cover as required
Participating in interjurisdictional tasks, assisting wider fee earning teams and colleagues
Taking ownership of allocated administrative tasks
Assisting the fee earners and wider teams in the business
Requirements:
Previous administration experience within a legal or professional services environment
Tech savvy outlook
Good organisational skills
Ability to efficiently and effectively manage workload
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Word/Outlook
Working knowledge of Excel
Perfect command of both written and spoken English and French
