We are currently recruiting Full Time Administration Assistant to join our Team at Regent College. A role in SEN is more that “Just a job”. As a small independent college, we develop bespoke study programmes that promote independence support individual goals. We support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and complex needs. As a SEN learning support worker, you will empower learners to develop vocational, social and independent life skills. At Regent college the majority of learning takes place in the local community. Learners have the opportunity to volunteer or take part in work placements which allows them to develop important skills for the world of work. Job Responsibility:
Setup and coordinate meetings, conferences and events (including booking travel)
Assist to arrange events (including Celebration Day and End of Term Events)
Meet and greet visitors (including managing /coordinating diaries)
Maintain contact list
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, managing emails and correspondence
To work with SMT members to ensure all paperwork is completed for new intakes and all external reviews
Perform general clerical duties (keeping an account of the documentation details) to include but not limited to: photocopying, editing, proof-reading, faxing, mailing, taking and distributing meeting minutes, shredding and archiving
