Creating and updating documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
Supporting the team with admin tasks like filing, scheduling, and data entry
Problem-solving on the fly - adapting to changing priorities and helping where needed
Requirements:
Someone switched-on, proactive, and ready to take ownership
Great on the phone and brilliant with customers
Adaptable and calm under pressure
Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
Previous experience with invoices and purchase orders
Confident using Microsoft Office/CRM systems
