Administration Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract) | Smilemakers Cosmetic Dental Practice & Referral Centre. Smilemakers Cosmetic Dental Practice & Referral Centre is a high-quality, 11-surgery private practice and referral centre, delivering outstanding patient care in a modern, professional, and welcoming environment. We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the reception and administration teams
  • Managing patient records and appointments
  • Handling patient enquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting with practice administration tasks and reporting
  • Supporting clinicians and the wider team with general coordination duties
  • Helping maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and approachable manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident using computer systems and administration software
  • Ability to work well within a busy team environment

  • Accept requests from Fee Earners/PAs, notifying them of estimated completion time as appropriate and in line with service level agreements
