Job Responsibility
Support the clerical duties of a small team including data input, document preparation and administrative tasks
Assist to complete time charge, billing information and other documentations
Schedule meetings, appointments and conferences
Provide assistance to partner, manager and team members
A support role for the department for ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Completion of DSE or above
At least 1 year experience as administrative clerk in a professional firm. Experience in personal assistant and project administration would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese typing and word formatting is a must
Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Self-initiative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines and under pressure with a mature mindset
Immediate available is preferred
Fresh graduates are also welcome

Experience in personal assistant and project administration
