We're looking for a temporary Admin Assistant to support our busy Marketing team. Hybrid: 4 days WFH, 1 day onsite (Tuesday) - own laptop required. 37.5 hrs a week, flexible. Join a friendly, fast-paced marketing team and make an immediate impact.
Job Responsibility:
Produce reports and support marketing presentations
Manage the team helpdesk and coordinate tasks
Assist with newsletters and content creation
Upload assets to internal systems
Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
Support meetings (agendas, minutes, scheduling)
Maintain databases, documents, and digital files
Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
Previous admin/support experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines
