Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team in Stirling. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the business by providing essential administrative support, particularly in the area of Paraplanning.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
prepare, organise, and maintain important financial documents to ensure all records are accurate and accessible
accurately enter data into financial systems and create comprehensive reports to support the team's operational needs
assist paraplanners with research and analysis to prepare financial plans and reports, including gathering and compiling data on investment products, insurance policies, and other financial instruments
ensure all documentation and processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
schedule and organise meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place for efficient discussions
manage filing, handle incoming mail, and oversee office supplies
provide assistance with various tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role within financial services
experience supporting paraplanning activities
excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to carry out daily tasks efficiently
keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry
ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
basic understanding of financial products and services
