Job Description:

As an Administration Assistant, you will be the heart of the office, providing high-quality support to the service and its clients. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with team members and clients to work effectively towards common goals. Job Responsibility:

  • Take and triage all inquiries, directing them appropriately and communicating with warmth to all stakeholders
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to service requests, supporting the Home Care and Retirement Living Managers
  • Build strong, values-driven relationships with clients, potential clients, and staff
  • Handle essential administrative tasks including document management, filing, archiving, and mail distribution with precision
  • Identify areas for improvement and initiate solutions to achieve successful outcomes for our community
  • Maintain contractor database information and ensure all work meets home care and retirement living requirements
  • Contribute your ideas to the team to help us constantly improve the way we serve our clients

Requirements:

  • A strong background in customer service and administration is essential
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanour
  • Must maintain a valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
