Job Responsibility:
Support the Centre Manager in day‑to‑day operations
Help drive business growth through strong customer retention and community outreach
Build positive relationships with parents, schools, and local organisations
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate student progress clearly
Assist in training, developing, and motivating a high‑performing team
Maintain accurate centre data for reporting and analysis
Support the management of payroll, budgeting, and overall centre profitability
Requirements:
Commercially minded and confident in a sales‑focused environment
Excellent communication skills and comfortable interacting with parents
Enjoy working in a lively centre environment around children
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
Ambitious, resilient, empathetic, and eager to develop into management
Enjoy building relationships and supporting people's development
Degree preferred, but strong sales or business development experience also considered
Minimum GCSE qualification relevant to the role requirements
1-2 years' experience in a professional working environment
