Job Description:

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support day-to-day operational activity across sales order processing, production administration, and general office coordination. The role is based in Henderson with on-site parking available and is a full-time position reporting to the WA Operations Manager. Hours are 38 per week, Monday to Friday, with preferred hours of 7.30am-4.00pm, however some flexibility around start and finish times is available.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process daily customer sales orders and liaise with customers on order and administrative matters (non-sales)
  • Complete daily production entry, maintain production documentation, and assist with job cards and production reporting
  • Provide general site administration including filing (digital and physical), registers, templates, and stationery management
  • Reconcile supplier invoices to the ERP system and maintain accurate administrative records
  • Act as the primary administrative contact for the Henderson site, supporting site leadership and continuous improvement activities
  • Provide remote administrative support to other work site as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration within an operations, production, or logistics environment
  • Exposure to ERP systems and invoice reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience within manufacturing, logistics, or production-based businesses will be well regarded
