We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support day-to-day operational activity across sales order processing, production administration, and general office coordination. The role is based in Henderson with on-site parking available and is a full-time position reporting to the WA Operations Manager. Hours are 38 per week, Monday to Friday, with preferred hours of 7.30am-4.00pm, however some flexibility around start and finish times is available.
Job Responsibility:
Process daily customer sales orders and liaise with customers on order and administrative matters (non-sales)
Complete daily production entry, maintain production documentation, and assist with job cards and production reporting
Provide general site administration including filing (digital and physical), registers, templates, and stationery management
Reconcile supplier invoices to the ERP system and maintain accurate administrative records
Act as the primary administrative contact for the Henderson site, supporting site leadership and continuous improvement activities
Provide remote administrative support to other work site as required
Requirements:
Experience in office administration within an operations, production, or logistics environment
Exposure to ERP systems and invoice reconciliation
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience within manufacturing, logistics, or production-based businesses will be well regarded
