The post-holder will work across Navigo Services as need dictates and on an ad-hoc basis as agreed to meet organisational need. Members of the admin bank will assist in ensuring the service experienced is positive and service user confidentiality is maintained at all times. Treat all visitors i.e. service users, families/carers, colleagues and all visitors with respect, dignity, courtesy and in accordance with Navigo Values. The post-holder will be responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge on Navigo policies, process and procedures and working within these at all times. The post-holder will assist in administrative duties under direction from the Admin Manager and Senior Administration staff within the provision of team requirements. The post-holder will undertake relevant duties required from time to time as requested by Management which correspond to the general character of the post and is commensurate with the level of responsibility. To provide an efficient and effective administrative/clerical support service across all areas of Infrastructure and Operational Services as required. To provide an efficient and effective front line service to clients, staff, external agencies and members of the public, face to face, on the telephone and electronically.
Job Responsibility:

Provide an efficient and effective front line service to clients, staff, external agencies and members of the public, face to face, on the telephone and electronically
Work within the Administrative Teams undertaking a range of routine admin duties
Undertake routine documentation processing if required
Undertake a range of accurate and well-presented word processing duties and data inputting
Ensure that filing systems, (both manual and electronic) are kept up to date and are accurate
Deal with a wide range of enquiries from the public and staff members
Maintain excellent working relationships with all staff within the Teams, other employees, partner agencies and any visitors
Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to and actioned as necessary
Maintain confidentiality at all times and comply with the Data Protection Act and Access to Health Records procedures
Comply with Health and Safety Regulations and work within the policy guidelines of Navigo
Effectively manage compliance in mandatory training within the guidelines of Navigo
Requirements:
Educated to GCSE level grade A to C or equivalent including Mathematics and English Language
OCR / RSA II Typing or Word Processing or equivalent, or the ability to demonstrate an equivalent competency
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Good IT Skills/Keyboard skills.
