Entry-level opportunity to join the Submissions team, assisting with day-to-day tender administration to keep processes organised and running smoothly. Job Responsibility:
Monitoring and management of tender email inbox correspondence
Downloading tender documents and addenda
Document control and management of tender folders and SharePoint sites
Coordination of tender and submission review meeting requests
Update and maintain tender content library
Creation and updating of curriculum vitae for key personnel
Assistance with editing, formatting and finalising submission documents
Contribute creatively to the development of content and presentation of our tenders
Requirements:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction
Strong teamwork, communication and time management skills
Basic experience in MS Office Suite
MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights
