Admin Tech Specialist

• Provide administrative support for duties which require the ability to plan, develop, and execute programs in support of areas such as records management, internal controls, and other general administrative programs (e.g., property accountability)
• Serve as the program coordinator for several C5ISR Center RE Programs and will be responsible for gathering, tracking, and coordinating Directorate activities and tasks
• Assist with Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) and Defense Travel System (DTS) CONUS and/or OCONUS
• Utilize and recommend improvements to internal operating procedures and maintain statistical and narrative information on assigned programs, ensuring compliance with governing policy
• Admin work requires knowledge of administrative and managerial regulations, policies, and practices
• ability to analyze and implement guidance
• providing assistance to distribute/track honorary awards, office supplies & management
• administration of the mentoring Program and annual Customer Survey
• coordination with other directorates and C5ISR Center HQ for routine activities

• 5+ years of related experience in program support roles
• Proficiency with ATAAPS, DTS, and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in data tracking, reporting, and knowledge management to support operational efficiency
• Ability to interpret regulations, ensure compliance, and implement process improvements
• Active TS-SCI Security Clearance

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field
