Job Responsibility:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the management office, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service
  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring visitor protocols are followed and maintaining a detail-oriented approach
  • Review, validate, and process invoices for approval while addressing discrepancies with relevant departments
  • Prepare and track purchase orders, support contract documentation, and monitor renewal schedules
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve inquiries
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, for day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:
