Occupational Health Administration Support; Stevenage; 12 month Contract; £18.00ph paye plus holidays; Inside IR35; We currently have a requirement for an Occupational Health administrator to provide admin support to an aerospace sector client based in Stevenage. As our client operates with in aerospace industry the successful candidate will be required to gain SC Clearance prior to starting
Job Responsibility:
Providing an OH administration function (80%) which includes managing the occupational health database (Cohort), providing statistical analysis data and supporting the OH Manager and OH team with filing and excel sheet tracking
The role will require occasional attending on Stevenage site for scanning documents
Requirements:
An outgoing self-starter - to succeed in this role, you need to be self-motivated, proactive, organised with the ability to multi-task
Graduate or a minimum A level study with 5 GCSE’s grades A-C
Business (Administration BTEC/BA) studies qualification
An experienced forward thinker with excellent organisational skills
Admin/ secretarial experience
Customer Service experience
Experience in accurate meeting minute taking
Passionate about proactive health & wellbeing
Very good IT skills including MS office
Ability to work as a team with others
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Experience of establishing productive relationships with customers and other internal/external stakeholders
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
Previous OH Administrator experience
Nice to have:
Business (Administration BTEC/BA) studies qualification
