Job Description

This role focuses on providing efficient and professional customer support through live chat and email. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring accurate information, smooth coordination, and timely resolution of basic issues. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

Job Responsibility

  • Communicate with customers via live chat and email
  • Provide clear information, guidance, and assistance throughout the service usage process
  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve basic issues at the first-level support stage
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments when required
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain customer-related documentation
  • Accurately update and manage customer information in internal systems
  • Prepare daily work summaries and performance reports
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Native/fluent Thai
  • professional working proficiency in English (B2)
  • availability to work rotating shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
  • fast and accurate typing skills with strong chat-based communication ability
  • responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • previous experience in administrative roles or call center environments is an advantage
