We are currently looking for a dynamic, methodical and thorough Admin Support Assistant to help guide the seemingly unending growth of our alternative provision. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to our mission of making learning accessible for anyone and everyone.
Job Responsibility:
Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheet and databases to ensure the efficient running of the business
Answering the phones and communicating messages
Occasional supporting with any event planning
Updating and formatting company documents including handbooks
Place stationery orders for the office and ensure all equipment in the office is maintained
Liaise with the landlord for any office maintenance issues
Sort all incoming and outgoing post, arrange couriers as and when required
Be the first point of contact for enquiries
Ensure the general upkeep and tidiness of the office
Supporting with the referrals function of SENse Learning – booking home visits, completing referrals forms and various other tasks
Be flexible in admin tasks across the company
Requirements:
Share our commitment to the protection, safeguarding and wellbeing of children and young people
Have excellent ICT skills including knowledge of programmes such as GSuite and Microsoft Office
Be confident in learning new electronic systems specific to the company and provide support to Associates where needed
Previous experience of reception/office admin
First class written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent organisational skills, able to manage your time and job list efficiently, using a priority-based approach
Confidence with Excel/G-sheets
Is confident with data inputting of numbers
