Investigate and analyze a variety of reports associated with Meter Service, Operations and Work Management requirements to meet goal initiatives
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Assist customers, resolve inquiries from Customer Service, Electric Service Support Center, electrical contractors, property owners and other utilities and agencies
Gather, review, analyze, prepare and process comprehensive data for numerous record systems including but not limited to Work Management (Maximo), WMBS, C2, CACS, Fieldnet, ARCOS, Power Track, Workday, Workforce, Microsoft Office and PowerBI
Process multiple department payrolls and have knowledge of company policies and union contracts to determine comprehensive pay issues
Process contractor invoices and ability to interpret and understand pricing contracts
Handle sensitive customer account information
Timely completion of budgetary records in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures
Assist in the instruction and training of new and less experienced representatives as required
Support emergency restoration efforts for Eversource
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years’ experience or 6 years’ experience and associate's degree preferred
Experience in processing payroll highly desirable
Previous experience processing contractor invoices and interpreting contracts preferred
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently
Good organizational skills
High degree of initiative and dependability
