Job Responsibility

  • Ensure all administration processes within the depot are carried out efficiently and in line with company guidelines
  • Assist in monitoring health and safety compliance and maintain required documentation
  • Maintain ordering diary and ensure local orders are placed on time to maximise availability
  • Work on negative stocks and gaps to improve stock file accuracy
  • Assist in implementing promotions and check availability
  • Follow up with suppliers and Head Office buyers on corrective actions for high and low stocks
  • De-catalogue dead stock and recover money to minimise losses and maximise profits
  • Ensure accurate shelf edge labels and posters at all times
  • Understand PI process and investigate variances when identified
  • Maintain health and safety audit standards and action any issues promptly
  • Carry out any reasonable duties required by the management team
