Job Description:

Randstad Victoria is now looking for an Admin Sales and Marketing Specialist for a one month contract position. If you have strong administrative skills and are wanting to gain some valuable experience, this is a great contract opportunity. Please note this is a contract position only for about one month!

Job Responsibility:

Handle customer communications including order processing (keeping the client up to date, communicating unforeseen delays)
Process orders ensuring accurate, timely and efficient product delivery
Coordinate product order shipments and customer invoices as well as provide visibility into sales forecast to Manufacturing
Maintain and report on order KPI’s
Manage and maintain the administration of our CRM system (SalesForce) and troubleshoot issues as they come up
Assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional projects as required

Requirements:

Experience with ERP and CRM systems is desired
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Word)
Demonstrated ability to manage customers and efficiently seek out resolutions to any customer related issues
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all team members and customers
High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Weekly pay
$25 per hour
