Professional Admin/Receptionist role joining a friendly and supportive team in Dunfermline. Fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors with a warm and professional manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks and data input
  • Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and presentable
  • Supporting wider office operations as needed
