Temporary Administrator Position - until end of March 2027. Brook Street are currently recruiting an admin officer to support the Fleet Team at HMP Service Supply & Transport Store Branston. As an admin officer you will provide general admin support within the team, you will need to be flexible, hard-working and have the ability to provide good customer service to a variety of users.
Job Responsibility:
Creating and updating records on an in-house system
Dealing with customer queries either by telephone or face-to-face
Advising on insurance claims and ensuring the correct procedures are followed
General enquiries regarding accidents, what to do etc
Maintaining Fleet records for all vehicles - checking for in-date MOT, TAX as well as insurance documentation
Issuing of fuel cards and maintaining records
Monitoring of inboxes - prioritising emails
General ad-hoc office duties
Requirements:
Good accurate typing/data entry skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, professional at all times
Good strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, particularly EXCEL

Problem solving eg fuel card not working
Subject to 3 years referencing and a Basic DBS Check
