We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer to work for our Public Sector client, in their Legal Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by helping to ensure that Magistrates are recruited within the West Midlands.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administration support, including updating spreadsheets, photocopying and filing
Communicate and respond to queries effectively through emails, phone calls and letters in a timely manner, for the Legal Team
Provide administration for Magistrate recruitment including sourcing and overseeing the application process
Requirements:
Administration experience
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
Strong administration skills with MS Office & SharePoint proficiency
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
