You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the centre, ensuring the accurate registration and processing of samples and records while providing excellent customer service to veterinary professionals and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Answering telephone calls from veterinary clinics and internal colleagues Registering laboratory samples accurately and efficiently Inputting and maintaining records using internal databases and Microsoft Excel Registering animals into the centre's systems Providing front-of-house reception support Ensuring administrative records are maintained to a high standard Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required About You We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team. You will be comfortable working independently when required and have a positive, professional approach.
