MOJ - Admin Officer. Brook Street in partnership with Ministry of Justice has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as an Admin Officer. This is great opportunity to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare court papers, bundles and tribunal documents
Clerk hearings, manage files and support listing/rota processes
Process casework including court orders, claims, fines, fees and legal aid
Record court outcomes accurately and update internal systems
Check and verify documents for accuracy and compliance
Handle face-to-face, telephone and written enquiries
Execute warrants, serve documents and collect payments
Produce reports, basic statistics and financial reconciliations
Support team meetings, training and operational improvement activities
Requirements:
BPSS + Basic DBS clearance
No annual leave during training period
If spent 6 months or longer outside the UK in the last 5 years, must provide an additional overseas police check
