The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling various administrative tasks, coordinating communication, managing documentation, and supporting the project management team.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Project Manager and site team with daily administrative tasks
Manage and maintain site office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits
Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and reports in coordination with the project development team for any project related permits, etc.
Coordinate with external local stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project flow
Assist in coordinating the delivery and distribution of materials and equipment to the construction site
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Handle expense reports, invoices, and petty cash usage and monitoring
Provide general administrative support to the construction site as required
Requirements:
Academic degree in Business or Office Administration or any related course
Minimum 2 years of experience in admin related tasks, preferably in a construction or industrial setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication abilities
Meticulous to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
English and Ilonggo (local dialect)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with construction or engineering terminology is an asset
