Job Description

Kanda is seeking a proactive Administration Officer (Property) to support our Property Manager with property, maintenance, and contractor coordination. In this role, you’ll help ensure our properties remain safe, compliant, and well maintained while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support for property and maintenance activities
  • Log requests, coordinate repairs, and track completion
  • Liaise with contractors, schedule works, and obtain quotes
  • Maintain accurate property and compliance records
  • Support internal teams with property enquiries
  • Assist with safety checks, certifications, and audits
  • Prepare reports and update property systems

Requirements

  • Administration experience (property, facilities, housing, or maintenance preferred)
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hold or willing to obtain: Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check & unrestricted Driver's Licence.
