Job Responsibility:
Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and at the reception desk
Assist with the creation of sales orders
Maintain filing for all documentation per auditing standards
Process crop inputs transaction, including shipping, receiving, and invoicing
Support crop input transactions including participation in inventory controls
Assist with safety/HACCP documentation
Assist with operational duties, including but not limited to, the fertilizer shed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in business administration, agriculture or equivalent experience in an administrative or similar role
Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Decision making and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work some weekends and overtime hours as required
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
Nice to have:
Knowledge or experience in the agricultural industry is an asset
