Job Description:

Join a multi-disciplinary team providing administrative support across our practice to free up GPs’ time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a range of administration tasks, including handling correspondence, supporting referrals and appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Help with general administration, reporting and follow-up activity, ensuring actions are completed on time and that the practice remains organised, compliant and well supported

Requirements:

  • Experience of clerical and administrative work
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A good understanding of patient or client confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen, to discuss and to inform clearly
  • Superb organisational skills and meticulous with good time management skills
  • Educated to GCSE level with passes in English and Maths
