Job Responsibility:
Manage a range of administration tasks, including handling correspondence, supporting referrals and appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records
Help with general administration, reporting and follow-up activity, ensuring actions are completed on time and that the practice remains organised, compliant and well supported
Requirements:
Experience of clerical and administrative work
A good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
A good understanding of patient or client confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen, to discuss and to inform clearly
Superb organisational skills and meticulous with good time management skills
Educated to GCSE level with passes in English and Maths
Nice to have:
Experience of working in a GP practice or healthcare environment
