Job Responsibility

  • Preparing documents for high-volume scanning
  • Operating large-format scanners to digitise hardcopy data
  • Rebuilding and organising files post-scanning
  • Accurately inputting data into internal systems
  • Identifying process improvements and sharing ideas
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and company policies
  • Reporting any issues or incidents to your supervisor
