Our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, is looking for a skilled Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in aviation.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth production flow
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules as needed
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
  • Compile and analyse data to create comprehensive production plans
  • Utilise scheduling systems to track and report progress
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team for timely material delivery
  • Oversee quality control measures throughout the production process

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between mechanics and high-net-worth clients
  • Strong mathematical skills to provide accurate cost estimates
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise
  • Minimum GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths
  • A-Level standard education or equivalent vocational qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting
