This role will initially be for a period of 3 months with a possibility of extension. Purpose of role: Duties will include, data entry, spreadsheet work, shipping parcels, file and database maintenance, fulfilling client record requests and general office duties as needed.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Confident to communicate at all levels
Extremely organised
Motivated with 'can do' attitude
Familiar with the English language, alphabet, numeracy, and spelling
Ability to work alone or collaboratively and daily as part of a wider team
High level of customer focus - proactive approach to service delivery and client satisfaction
Excellent organisational skills
Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload to a high standard under pressure
Possess a critical eye in terms of accuracy
Punctual and flexible to cover shifts where required
Must undertake all health & safety training as required and complete Risk Assessments
