Job Responsibility
Providing general administrative support across the business
Checking, processing and organising invoices and records
Maintaining spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with data entry and system updates
Supporting order processing and internal coordination
Managing emails and general correspondence
Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
Previous administration experience is preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential
Experience using NetSuite would be highly advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage workload effectively and work independently
Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
Nice to have
