Job Responsibility:
Answer phones and emails with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and keep everyone where they need to be
Create, edit, and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Keep files tidy and easy to find (paper and digital)
Order office supplies before we run out of the good pens
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
Greet visitors and help create a welcoming office environment
Jump in to support the team wherever needed
Requirements:
1–3 years of administrative or office experience (preferred, not required)
Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
