Act as the 'champion' and 'face of the home' providing a professional meet & greet service to all visitors and callers ensuring they are treated in line with the company values at all times
Ensure the reception area and areas around the home are well maintained and welcoming
Collect and report all customer feedback to the Home Manager and offer recommendations for improvements
Build strong relationships with the Home Manager, staff, residents and their families to promote a positive environment in the Home
Support the Admin Manager with their duties and cover when they are on annual leave
Requirements
Educated to GCSE level or higher
Experienced in working in an admin/reception capacity
Experienced in working in a commercial mindset
Able to maintain professional composure at all times
Action orientated with a passion for working in an effective and timely manner
