Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, managing daily tasks, and assisting with various office functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records
  • Assisting with preparing reports, presentations, and other office materials
  • Handling office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for staff
  • Assisting with HR functions, such as employee onboarding and record-keeping
  • Performing general office duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Handling client inquiries and providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
  • Proven experience as an admin assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
