We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, managing daily tasks, and assisting with various office functions.
Job Responsibility:
Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records
Assisting with preparing reports, presentations, and other office materials
Handling office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for staff
Assisting with HR functions, such as employee onboarding and record-keeping
Performing general office duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
Handling client inquiries and providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
Proven experience as an admin assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
