The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role supports individuals, teams, or departments by handling clerical tasks, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with scheduling and office organization. Job Responsibility
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Maintain filing systems, records, and office databases
Order office supplies and support general office management tasks
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to staff and management
Assist with data entry, expense reports, and invoice processing
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed
Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
