A growing Boston-area alternative investment firm is seeking an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced investment environment where you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, kitchen, and facilities
  • Greet clients and visitors, coordinate conference rooms, and ensure meeting spaces are client-ready
  • Support senior executives with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Assist with vendor management, accounts payable, IT coordination, and HR administration
  • Coordinate internal meetings, company events, and office lunches
  • Help maintain an efficient, professional, and welcoming office environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of office management or executive/administrative support experience, preferably within investment management or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
