A growing Boston-area alternative investment firm is seeking an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to senior leadership. Job Responsibility
Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, kitchen, and facilities
Greet clients and visitors, coordinate conference rooms, and ensure meeting spaces are client-ready
Support senior executives with administrative tasks and special projects
Assist with vendor management, accounts payable, IT coordination, and HR administration
Coordinate internal meetings, company events, and office lunches
Help maintain an efficient, professional, and welcoming office environment
Requirements
4+ years of office management or executive/administrative support experience, preferably within investment management or financial services
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
familiarity with AI tools is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
