Job Description:

Admin Assistant & Exams Officer position at a Primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham for a September 2025 start. The role involves assisting with data management, exam coordination, and administrative tasks within a school environment that emphasizes improving life chances and raising aspirations of young people.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Deputy Headteacher (Assessment, Recording and Reporting) and Data Manager
Establish, maintain and develop efficient and effective school data processes and systems
Running academic and pastoral reporting sessions
Undertake specific data analysis for various interested parties
Assist with SIMS database tasks
Ensure administrative and organisational aspects of the examination and assessment system
Manage exam season preparation
Process results and issue to candidates
Coordinate application for access arrangements/special consideration
Maintain contact with Awarding Bodies
Draw up exam timetables
Manage post-results services
Manage assessment and target setting data of all students

Requirements:

Good written & oral skills
Exceptional organisational skills and time management
Ideally previous experience within the role in a school or FE environment
Background within Data or SIMS
Knowledge of career paths and/or higher education & willingness to learn more

What we offer:

Work 39 weeks + 2 weeks but get paid for 52 weeks
