We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Travel Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient support to staff and executives, maintain office functionality, and handle end-to-end travel logistics.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and office maintenance
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence for senior management
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
Assist in onboarding new employees and support administrative aspects of HR processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Book domestic and international flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff and executives
Prepare detailed travel itineraries while ensuring adherence to travel policies and budgets
Arrange necessary travel documentation such as visas and permits
Monitor and reconcile travel expenses and reports
Manage travel changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in administration and travel coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience working with travel booking platforms and tools
