Job Description

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Admin and HR Officer. This position will be responsible for providing HR and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, contracts, payroll assistance, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate training and development activities, including training needs assessment, scheduling, recordkeeping, and evaluation
  • Manage office administration, including supplies, inventories, facilities, correspondence, and document archiving
  • Organize logistics for meetings, events, training sessions, business travel, and office resources
  • Handle insurance coordination, including contract follow-up, renewals, provider liaison, and employee support
  • Support purchasing activities, including purchase requests, supplier coordination, follow-up on orders, and basic procurement administration
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth communication, efficient coordination, and timely support for operational and administrative needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to coordinate, multitask, and maintain confidentiality
