Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Admin and HR Officer. This position will be responsible for providing HR and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, contracts, payroll assistance, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate training and development activities, including training needs assessment, scheduling, recordkeeping, and evaluation
Manage office administration, including supplies, inventories, facilities, correspondence, and document archiving
Organize logistics for meetings, events, training sessions, business travel, and office resources
Handle insurance coordination, including contract follow-up, renewals, provider liaison, and employee support
Support purchasing activities, including purchase requests, supplier coordination, follow-up on orders, and basic procurement administration
Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth communication, efficient coordination, and timely support for operational and administrative needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Ability to coordinate, multitask, and maintain confidentiality
