Requirements

BSc, MSci or MChem degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Adhesive Science
Excellent knowledge of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives and Adhesive Tape Technology
Extensive experience with Manufacturing Processes
Excellent and demonstrable Cross-Functional Communication, at all levels
Experience with Project Management and leading cross-functional teams
Minimum 2 years' experience with New Product Development (NPD) or New Product Introduction (NPI)
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
Entitlement to work in the UK is essential

Job Responsibility

Evaluating, qualifying and conducting studies on project ideas
Leading projects in line with defined processes, assessing risks and mitigating these
Visiting customers, suppliers and end users
Being one step ahead of technological advances and legislative changes in adhesives and tape manufacture
Being one step ahead of market trends and competitors to identify gaps in the company's product range
Working with the company's marketing team to launch new products
