Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement business strategy and revenue growth plans for the Adelaide business to achieve organisational goals and agreed outcomes
Lead project delivery and team performance, ensuring excellence in resourcing, utilisation, and margin management
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Responsible for winning work, growing the Adelaide Buildings team and achieving net revenue and backlog targets, with support from leaders and staff
Foster collaboration across Business Centres with a focus on cross-selling nationally to consistently win new work with clients
Champion a high-performance culture focused on talent, productivity, and financial performance
Drive quality and timely delivery of projects that exceed client expectations
Assist with business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships
Represent Stantec in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance our market presence
Requirements:
Tertiary Engineering qualification
12 years of senior-level experience in building services in the Adelaide market
Proven leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen and significant project delivery experience
Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement, relationship building and project leadership
