As an Additional Support Worker you will support with a range of activities which meet the wishes of the people that we support and encourages people with autism to live as independently as possible and be part of their local community. Activities could include: swimming, accessing day trips, gardening, walking groups and many more. The role of an Additional Support Worker enables you to accept shifts around your availability and other commitments.
