Paragon Skills are Ofsted Grade 2 “Good” and a Top 5 Apprenticeship Provider, with a true dedication to the apprenticeship sector. We are looking for an energised, passionate and experienced experts to join us as a remote based Additional Learning Support Coach. In this role you will support, mentor and coach neuro-diverse learners on a remote basis by encouraging and inspiring them to complete their planned learning and development tasks throughout their learning journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Motivate, engage and inspire learners to achieve their qualification requirements in a timely manner
  • Conduct group and 1:1 delivery
  • Provide exceptional additional learning support as required
  • Collaborate with wider operational teams to ensure completion of initial diagnostic assessment
  • Use quality improvement approved resources to deliver impactful sessions
  • Support, mentor and coach neuro-diverse learners on a remote basis
  • Lead on the company’s use of Cognassist
  • Ensure all learners identified with a learning difficulty or disability (LDD) have bespoke support and reasonable adjustments in place
  • Support both the tutors and employers in terms of support strategies, exam access arrangements and differentiation
  • Provide 1:1 support for identified learners where necessary
