We seek passionate and caring individuals to join our inclusive kindergarten teams. In this role, you’ll make a real difference by supporting children from the ages of 3 to 5 years of age, including those with a disability, so every child feels safe, included, and supported to grow.
Job Responsibility:
Work as part of a kindergarten team under the guidance of the Lead Educator
Support children in their learning, play, and daily activities, tailored to their individual needs
Provide physical assistance (e.g., mealtimes, toileting, mobility support) with care and respect
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Help create an inclusive environment where every child is valued
Attend team meetings and contribute to planning and communication
Requirements:
Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module
Australian working rights
Driver’s licence (if required for travel between sites)
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred but not essential)
Experience working with children in educational or care settings (highly desirable)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
A commitment to upholding children’s rights, safety, and wellbeing
Nice to have:
