Additional Assistant

• Work as part of a kindergarten team under the guidance of the Lead Educator
• Support children in their learning, play, and daily activities, tailored to their individual needs
• Provide physical assistance (e.g., mealtimes, toileting, mobility support) with care and respect
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Help create an inclusive environment where every child is valued
• Attend team meetings and contribute to planning and communication

• Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
• Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module
• Australian working rights
• Driver’s licence (if required for travel between sites)
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred but not essential)
• Experience working with children in educational or care settings (highly desirable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• A commitment to upholding children’s rights, safety, and wellbeing
