Job Description:

The ADD Supervisor at The Westin Nanjing Xuanwu Lake ensures service quality, safety, and operational excellence while leading and supporting staff in a dynamic hospitality environment. Tasks include team coordination, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and employee coaching.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
inspect grooming and attire of staff
complete opening and closing duties
inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
monitor dining rooms for service and safety
assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
follow company policies and procedures
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean
develop positive relationships with others
identify ways to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
