Job Description:

Ensures maximized retail sales by analyzing add-on performance, tracking stock availability, and identifying when changes are needed. Drives conversions with visually appealing displays of top selling/most profitable add-on products. Selects and plans implementation/change-out of add-ons throughout the entire retail store in cooperation with internal partners to meet customers' needs and maximize sales.

Job Responsibility:

Ensures maximized retail sales by analyzing add-on performance, tracking stock availability, and identifying when changes are needed
Drives conversions with visually appealing displays of top selling/most profitable add-on products
Selects and plans implementation/change-out of add-ons throughout the entire retail store in cooperation with internal partners to meet customers' needs and maximize sales
Ensures the team has knowledge of product ranges and services to improve customers' overall shopping experience
Directs the overall selection, onboarding, development of co-workers
Manages resource planning, co-worker relations and performance issues, and delegates responsibilities
Contributes to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers

Requirements:

5 years of experience managing, leading and developing people in a retail, customer-centric environment
Prior Project Management experience
Knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting and resource allocation
