Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ADAS Verification Engineer & Test Lead to join a highly skilled engineering team working on advanced driver assistance systems. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality, safe, and reliable ADAS functionalities, contributing to the development of next-generation intelligent vehicle technologies. You will take ownership of verification activities across the full system scope, from test strategy definition to execution and validation in both rig and vehicle environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead verification activities for ADAS functionalities across system and vehicle levels
  • Define verification strategies, test plans, and required test environments (rigs and vehicles)
  • Execute verification activities in lab rigs and real vehicle conditions
  • Develop and maintain structured test cases based on system requirements
  • Support certification and compliance-related verification activities
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate test activities (vehicles, tracks, drivers, setups)
  • Analyze test results, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions
  • Document findings and present clear test results and technical recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure robust validation setups
  • Ensure system readiness and quality before release

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar
  • 5–8+ years of experience in system verification engineering
  • Strong experience in ADAS or autonomous driving systems
  • Solid understanding of vehicle-level system behavior and automotive standards
  • Experience with rig (HIL) and vehicle-based testing environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience with heavy vehicle platforms (buses/trucks)
  • Familiarity with Agile development and PI planning
  • Experience working with structured engineering tools and workflows
  • Driving license B (C/D license is an advantage)

  • Lead the planning and execution of DV/PV plans for associated vehicle systems and the entire vehicle.   • Design and configure test methods, scripts and/or simulations to develop and validate system capabilities prior to vehicle integration.
